OD @ Garnet Hill
-1:30 classic ski on Old Faithful
**30 min no pole skiing, 30 min double poling, 30 min normal skiing w/ transitions
*felt okay.. Need to work on sliding ski instead of slamming ski on snow
-1 hr skate ski
**worked on hills..went to bottom of Garnet Hill
*felt hard, but was good to do some climbing!

**had pacers in gym, so didn't ski very fast

**felt very hard! But that's okay

-worked on turns, continuous V2, no pole skating while pushing hips forward

**felt kind of tired, but good on turns
-skied with the boys
