Warm up to bellahouston park 2.3 miles 5x3min loops Taking it easy as racing on Saturday and had a hard week training last week and swimming training for work. Cool down back roughly just over 1 mile Cycle to and from pollock park to then do session roughly 8 miles total. Stretching and glut exercises as glut was getting sore during session.
Time is rough as watch was out of battery. Nice and easy climb up Ayr road then down the other side. Felt fine running and took it easy after hard session yesterday.
