Felt ok most of the session then my quad got tight and painful towards the end, should have retired at this point, instead was stupid and continued, probably means I can't train again for longer now, ho hum!
Painful session which was my own fault for trying to force my rib to do too much, eventually stopped doing any exercises which used my chest. Fairly stupid of me, still was a good session in many ways.
Sprint training session, very hard work, not used to running on a track so ended with very painful shins/calves, decided to ease down towards the end of the session so as not to injure myself.
Session was a mixed bag but included lots of shuttle runs along the straight and a few intervals (sprints or frisbee related movements)
