Cycling (Ride to work via Peckham) 1:11:00 [4] 29.0 km (2:27 / km) +95m 2:25 / km

Left at bit later so heavy traffic and loads more cyclists which together makes for a much less enjoyable ride. There are just too many cyclists who really don't have any bike skills. Legs felt a bit short of energy today - mainly my quads (tired) & hip flexors (tight). Pretty cold when I left home - 3 degrees, but the sun was lovely.

7 people turned up for today's core & stretch program. Was a bit cold out in the wind unfortunately, but nice to get out of the office.

Pretty tired tonight, again mainly in my legs. DD rode in to meet me which was nice having him there on the way home. I tried to push, but just didn't have it.
