Easy 45min run with dog, just ran around the oval a kizzilion times. Moving better, going to use the foam roller more in the next few weeks as noticing my legs muscles are tighter since the switch in coaches this year.

Another easy run, did 6 strides in the run and they felt good. Also had to make a short stop at the local shops to buy some dog food. Strides were all about 80m long and just focused on good technique.
