Out to the Cape Naturaliste lighthouse and back. Enjoyed the bit from Dunsborough to the lighthouse and back. The rest was a bit of a slog but I felt I needed it after last night's dinner.

Cycling 36:43 [3] 13.78 km (22.5 kph) +132m

A couple of laps in KP while the kids were at running club.

Tennis 2:30:00 [1]

Pennants vs Higgins Park. Shouldn't really have done this but the team was going to have to forfeit if I didn't and I couldn't resist using that as an excuse to get out for a hit. I said I was going to try to avoid running much and try to keep the points short but I really didn't do anything different from usual. Lost the first set 4-6 but won the rest for a 7-1 win overall.

Cycling 1:00:08 [3] 24.61 km (24.6 kph) +134m

Out to Christchurch and Tawarri. Much busier at this time and a bit annoying having a couple of groups go past very close to me.

Gym 1:20:00 [3]

Went to the gym after kids went to bed thinking I would try to squeeze in a hard half an hour on the bike but one bike was out of order and the other was being used so I ended up spending about an hour lifting random weights before getting onto the bike for about 20 minutes. Tried to work fairly hard on the bike, mostly 200-230W and peaking at about 280W near the end. Got the heart rate up to 163 which is higher than I would ever get it on a real bike. Also did 5 minutes on the rower and 6 minutes on the weird elliptical thingy.
Did my rehab stuff after getting home, hoping to cool down, but I'm still sweating now at midnight.
