Was meant to go for a ride with Peter and his housemate, but Peter piked so just went with his housemate. Was great weather for riding so had a good time. Was Nij's first go at singletrack and I think he enjoyed it. He only fell off once.

Spent 3 dollars catching the bus to work so I could have the pleasure of running home in the afternoon. I was really slow cause I was so tired from watching the byclists on tv. My knee was really sore, thought I wasn't going to be able to walk again after but I can.

Warm up, stretches run throughs then 6 x 400 m with no rests getting faster on each lap. Was meant to do more but my tummy was hurting heaps.

Got immensely muddy riding under the new gunghalin road. My legs won't stop being tired and it is annying me.

Went up to majura pines (by myself cause Miss Jones is a piker), and granted the tracks were slippery. Had a good time just taking it easy but got very muddy.
