Note

DofE qualifier all weekend in the Cairngorms.
Came away with a bit of damage to my Achillies....
Pretty bruised, pretty swollen

Feels like someone is slicing it with a knife. :( Just cycling this week, hopefully be able to run by the Wolf at the weekend.

Off round the Brodie loop +the duck pond, started easy but built the pace. Feeling pretty good for once! Mum came on her bike

Warm up lap of the field
Harriers interval session - 80%, easy, sprint, easy - continuous running.
Hot evening and wasn't feeling great anyway, legs really tired and unable to get any speed, and shoe giving me a slight blister. Completed the whole session which I really didn't fancy during it. 30 mins.
