Irish Champs Long - Tawmawully Lough Eske - 1st W20
Another tough area - lots of climb and tough underfoot. Long legs at the beginning were going well - no mistakes and always in control. Knew when to slow down for the intricate bits, however when it came to the short legs right at the end I started making some mistakes. Mostly because the compass was a bit off and I was loosing concentration. Also severely dehydrated - only thing stopping me drinking out of a marsh was the fact I knew there was going to. be water at the finish (which turned out to have all gone)

Really physically tough area - wet everywhere and tough grass. No mistakes made, however most of the controls were very visible 1 or 2 controls before

Irish Championships Sprint - Sligo IT - 3rd W20
Very easy course meant pretty much just a running race. Felt pretty bad in the middle but then Eadoain caught me which motivated me a bit more. Good focus right to the end even though Eadoain made mistake infront of me

WU, 12mins, 2x800m, WD
Tired legs for some reason, and a slight niggle in my calf, therefore didnt want to take any risks before this weekend therefore missed the last 3x800m and 2x300m. Probably a good should, but annoying still

Easy 50 with Mairead. Very enjoyable. Lovely evening and great company. Extra lap of the pitches by myself the end just to make it up to 50 mins
