At the Jack. 2 full laps minus summit loop, first lap with stiffer Madshus, second lap with RCSs, was a minute faster on second lap.

With OB at the Arb. Cold but I wore enough. I smoked OB in the last 100m. I won't proclaim myself the Champion of the Universe again as I was the only one privy to the fact that a race was going on.
