Walking 3:30:00 [3]

Felt a lot more tired in 2nd half of today's walk, despite having a much lighter pack! At least I didn't feel as sore as Jonno (see blog)

with heavy pack (21kg). Cockle Creek - Southcape Rivulet. Very pretty and windy.

windy headwind but I was fine. One more leg and the elusive triple double will be achieved!

uneventful ride in. hoping for continued northerly on way home.

cycling 45:00 [3]

nice tail wind today but I was lucky to come out unscathed after an incident with an oblivious 4wd driver. almost did the 'bang on the driver window' thing but I coudn't imagine any outcome of that, that wouldn't have just made me even more angry. so I just stewed on it the rest of the way home.

cycling 45:00 [3]

I'm claiming 45 mins this morning as it was calm and sunny and I felt good.

cycling 50:00 [3]

commute home - moderate headwind. busted a gut to catch a big guy on a mountain bike (took me 3k of head down pushing) then 30 seconds after I caught him I stopped to say hello to Jon who was driving the other direction. so that was the end of my free ride through taroona!

ride to work. sunny, windless. lovely

cycling 50:00 [3]

ride home. hefty headwinds. I got passed by a roadie on a flat section in taroona but after we started up the hill I channelled clare and her 1.5 lungs and caught back up to him by the top.. Clare with two lungs never would have let him get past in the first place of course.
