Coast to Coast 2019: Mens Open Tandem
A very cruisey race for me, although the paddle was a real strain both mentally and due to the length. Felt the training had left me in good shape for it. Enjoyed being out with Oliver on the course and completing it together. Despite my needing to subdue frustration at the pace sometimes we did actually achieve a "middle of the pack" result which is what our team had agreed to aim for. But as I found I wasn't working hard on the runs or the rides, probably potential to take a few hours off this time should I decide to give it another go...
