Cycling long (Roadbike) 1:24:00 [3]

Zimmerwald, Niedermuhlern, Gurtentäli. Had most of the roads all for myself, apparently people preferred to sleep in despite the bombastic weather. Loved the summer-vibes the views gave me! Perfect pre-brunch training, including a short race against some old lady on her e-bike which I, sadly, lost ;).

Yoga 25:00 [0]

Focusing on my hamstrings, while watching "Deadpool". Hilarious movie!!

Running race 58:00 [5] 10.4 km (5:35 / km) +684m 4:12 / km

Passwangberglauf. I've run other races of the Jura Top Tour before as I like uphill running, this was my first time up to Passwang. Really liked the route, not too much asphalt and some flat parts mixed with nice, steep slopes. Felt quite tired in the beginning (cycling-legs?) but after km5 or so it went all better. At km9 the end was near, I got some extra energy and got could pass three girls. The last metres were truly brutal, very steep and I felt like running in slow-motion... But the reward was a beautiful view, so very worth the pain! Time is ok considering the heat and that I was pretty unprepared (I did for example not know how long the race was, or well I knew, but was so tired that I forgot along the way and even considered asking someone which probably hadn't been very popular, haha).

Jogged to the track and did some löpskolning. Is there an English word for that!?

Cycling long (roadbike) 1:46:00 [2]

With Domi. Perfect conditions, wonderful views (I love cycling around Bern!), somehow the mountains seemed very close today. Legs quite ok.

Strength (gym) 1:24:00 [3]

The usual session at the gym (without strides though). 20' core, then legs.

Running 26:00 [3]

Well, if you haven't been at the gym for like three weeks, these runs are nothing but cruel. But I have no one to blame except myself... Hamstrings still sore and after it started pouring down, I decided to go home instead.

Cross-trainer 56:00 [3]

Have been running a LOT the past two weeks - my hamstrings are protesting and I feel like giving my body some rest from running would be wise. However, cross-trainer is never going to be my favourite. Listened to a podcast about robotic combat systems. Scary development i warfare.
5 PM

Roller-skiing (skating) 1:43:00 [2] 24.0 km (4:18 / km)

With Trutti. Perfect weather conditions. Fun :).
(Edit: realized now the numbers were wrong and corrected it. No cheating!)

Travel home. Got upgraded for the second time within one month - SAS must really think that I belong in business class...
