Ran the 15K this morning with nothing remarkable happening. Was ahead of my pace for the first 4 miles, then gradually lost time. Had a gel at 10K, sipped water at a couple of aid stations. Conditions were perfect, but I was overdressed. Could have worn a SS baselayer or vest instead of full jacket. Maybe if I'd been cooler I could have made up the extra time. Good learning experience, I think its a good distance for me to run, but not necessarily race.
