I did 12 hand stand push ups and a few explosive push ups. Feeling stronger

Went for a run to get my vitamin d intake. It was so sunny outside and pretty. Makes me happy that winter is almost over.

Did my own intervals before junior training. 200,400,600,400,200 with a 20min warm up.
For the juniors training I made them do 5x 200m intervals and at the end they had to do maths questions. Just seeing them trying to think while being tired was hilarious. I then organised a relay of map memory of the same deal. Was fun

Easy run, had bad stomach pains and had to stop but did a real good fart and felt better again. :)
