Decently paced 8 mile run with Justin, Sam, and Riley. Went really smoothly

Biked early this morning with high resistance, needed a bit of cardio to work off all of the snacks my mom sent me. Did some push ups at 15 minute intervals

Cragston run - 5 miles with ab workout at end. Ran went really well, but I'm not sure if I like that route, it's really flat

Ran total of 4 miles today, 1.2 of it was with Ed doing research on a treadmill (fairly slow pace), then ran about 2.75 miles total of 400 meter repeats - very fast pace, I stayed at the front of the pack the whole time, finished in second behind Will. They went pretty well. Also did abs before the track workout
