Staying on Schedule for the TC Marathon. That will be an experience after 24 hour.
Need to watch the shins. Left one is hurting. Overall good run. Tommorrow is the 8.5 shultz run. It seems like it is going to be a long time between adventure races. I would like to the rogaine but the month is filled with my 10th aniversary, my mom's 60 birthday, my inlaws being in town and celebrating their aniversary and the mother inlaws Bday.

Ran with adventure Pack and water bladder with water.
Sore from the massage and the 14 mile run. Looking for an easy run to loosen things up and get rid of the soreness. It worked to get rid of the soreness. The run was a bit slower than I was planning but I was not going to push it today. The beach was full and the trail was quiet.
