Decided the Greenway was best place for 5 * 6mins [90secs]. Charlie 'bottlejob' Rennie decided to watch the cricket instead of pace me on the bike so was a solo effort. All felt pretty cushy and moving at some decent paces. Became a bit trickier when all the dog walkers arrived though.
