O race race 52:43 [3] 7.3 km (7:13 / km)

Day 4, probably my worst run for the week but super great tricky terrain, I was feeling as apprehensive as I was whilst running WOC in Estonia this year! Low visibility and hard to hold direction, but again like WOC I need to get my head together as I ran scared and therefore slow the whole way and I didn't need to. annoying.

O race race 50:30 [3] 7.6 km (6:39 / km)

Day3 Ok run, abit thicker terrain today and I was finding it hard pushing through the bloody long reedy grass on one leg, I saw Will at control 8 after he zoomed past much earlier and that threw me abit as I thought I must have buggered up control numbers, but no.. he did, phew haha. Had a train to follow for the last few controls.

O race race 52:00 [3] 8.5 km (6:07 / km)

Day 2 of Xmas 5day, open hilly spur terrain, really vague in spots and steep as well. Ran ok but physically lacking especially on the hills. Kept having to adjust direction all the time.
Day trip to Carrington Falls after

O race race 18:02 [3] 3.55 km (5:05 / km)

Day 1 of Xmas 5 days. Arrived at the start with 5 mins to go after an 8hr drive, not ideal but was a fun hit out. Terrible navigating on a couple, the leg after the map flip I lost 30 secs by just not reading properly then panicking... oh and I mispunched anyway... bugger. About 10 of us did on the same control it seems, oopsie

running 39:00 [3] 6.8 km (5:44 / km)

Christmas run with Aston,Will,Warren,Anni and Alexandra. My favourite type of forest, open super fast gully spur with nothing on the ground! We had one map between us and just had a run around. Visited the old car up in the tree near greengully and got some good photos :)
