Good workout today, started the workout feeling great. Warmed up for 15 minutes. Started the workout fast and with a good effort. By the end of the session my surge pace was getting slower. Got a little bit lost on the way back to the lake which caused the workout to increase in time by about 10 minutes.

This is the Tuesday after training camp. Moderately sore going into the workout, came out feeling refreshed. I have a cold. Training camp was a good experience, met some new people and I love the team.
