Lunges per leg
6x30kg, 6x30kg, 6x35kg

Deadlifts
8x30kg - fast, no pause between reps. 4x60kg, 6x60kg

Hip thrusts
3 sets of 8x25kg


Initially looking at the numbers was a little meh to be doing a bit less than last week, but was fasted and off the back of a hard lot of hill reps last night so cannae complain

Like the addition of hip thrusts to the end as well

Not in a great mood this afternoon, mainly because some witch has threaded off all my eyebrows and now looking decidedly Graham Hemingway circa 2009 Scottish 6 days

Any way, plans for a nice easy run with mid dis Rosie got us both out the house. Nice catch up in the sunset
