A slow long run from Tea Tree Gully library trying to avoid as much concrete as possible. Felt tired at end and got slower suggesting a long way to go to better fitness. Legs mainly fine apart from strange twinge in left hip/itb going downhill (it went away but might explain why that side is stiff when cycling) and some ankle/foot fatigue. Importantly glutes and hips were fine. It was a little disheartening how hard this felt compared to 'once upon a time' but I was out, my main problems were not an issue and I live to see another day!
