I'm tired of not training. Ankle is still sore and hurts (still bit swollen, but no purple anymore). anyway, just maybe an excuse (with this weather) to finally go to the sauna in the gym. Glad Sabrina joined me today:)

spinning blast - very sweaty. Ankle felt alright with this bikes so might repeat spinning.

I've been doing some bits of walking/cycling/core here and there... bit of moaning for not being able to run with this weather but tried to make the most of it - deffo feeling like summer! bit worried about this ankle as it's taking its time to heal...
