did 3k with krys. felt like shit and got that dizzy light headed feeling again. she just kept on gaining on me :(. nice work sis, keep it up.

ran the 1st 1.5k and felt really sick. kept on going to see if i felt any better. stopped outside sams place,got real dizzy and blacked out. walk/ran a bit then stopped and got head spins again. don't know wat was goin on but i felt quite sick, took about 1hr to recover.

morning run (cedar creek). was really pretty this morning, and it started raining!:). felt really heavy up hills but good on flat (normally the opposite) 1st split-18.50, 2nd-20.21.

riding 1:13:00 [3]

was bored and it was such a nice day so krys, kurt and i went for a ride to ferny over the range.

running 2:57 [4]

krys and kurt left me at ferny and kept riding to the grange but i had to go home for work so i rode to the school and just did an 800m around the oval. was absolutely shagged from everything id done in the morning.

rode home through the old train line.

orienteering 1:15:00 [3] *****

cascades. m21E aus middle distance course. did well until 6-7 (compass leg)where i went totally off line. then 7-8, 8-9(unexplainable). saw simey and he was like wtf when i told him where we were. a mission, but was good fun.

orienteering race 18:00 [4] ***** 1.5 km (12:00 / km)

raced simey in the sprint course. was awesome to actually RUN around cascades (and i didn't stuff up once!) hit my knee against a rock, its pretty bruised but the run last night actually made it looser..was sore afterwards.

street o race 1:00:00 [4] *

ran with kurt and tony. was alot of fun, got all the controls. i swear those 2 boys were on drugs...

got new o shoes! they were ok, maybe a tad too big but i guess i'll find out at 5 days! didn't have a watch all weekend so don't no my real times..

orienteering 1:00:00 [3] ****

oing at sandy creek. was weird to be bak in the bush again. stopped early before 2 and 3 (up the wrong gully). ran back to the carpark at 10 to go to the toilet (1K) and then bak out to start again from no10 (1k). was too high at no6.

problems:
stopping early and not running consistently through the bush.

orienteering 21:00 [4] **** 3.5 km (6:00 / km)

sprint o on the other side of sandy creek. raced krys. we meet each other at about the half way point where we both couldn't find the control.. took off and stuffed up the next one, was a gully to far over. then i got a jumping cactas through my shoe and had to take my shoe off to pull it out of my foot :(

felt ok.
got a blister coming on the inside of my foot..all cause i didn't wear socks for the time trial :(. started to feel it rub at about 25mins.

rode to bridgys via camp mountain. took one bottle of water between 3 ppl, decided to finish it b4 the top coz we could refill it...but wen we got there the water taps werent working, soo dehydrated. took 1hr directly up the mountain.

have work this arvo, so left me no option other than to go run in the midday sun. so so so so damn hot. ran from david and vikis through the one mile creek map then onto the rd home. had to walk up a 2km massive hill coz there was no shade and felt really weak.

got home at 4am, had to wake up at 6, worked for 10hrs then had to walk 10k home! took me 2hrs! :(

street o race 44:00 [3] * 7.5 km (5:52 / km)

shit! planned to do a medium(coz i was really tired..) but when i got the map the long looked so much easier to plan, so i changed to a long. stuffed up 3 times on a street map!

> decided to take the short cut through the bush (which did not end up being a shirt cut!) and it bought me out on the wrong rd, but it looked the same as the rd i was meant to be on so ran up it..it was not right so had to relocate.

> ran past a little path and then i found another control, which was too far on..had to run back!

> exited the control in the total wrong direction..kept running like a k down the rd until i realized :(

was a horrible run! maybe i was too tired to do the long..

street o race (xmas o) 47:00 [3] * 7.5 km (6:16 / km)

had the xmas street o. got some questions wrong..which meant i got minutes added. but the correct answers weren't even right!
didn't feel too bad. the massive leg to 19 killed me, went soooo slow.

arms, back, shoulders and neck are killing from moving the oil yesterday. woke up stiff as anything and hasn't really gotten any looser.

running warm up/down 20:00 [3]

ran to and from the cutting

running intervals 14:10 [4] 4.0 km (3:33 / km)

did 4 reps up and back in the cutting. 3.35, 3.46, 3.51 and 3.38. on the 3rd one i got interupted by a horse! felt absolutely crap and couln't get my speed up.
my shoulders were incredibly sore and couldnt get any power from my arms.

stretches and 200 crunches.

ANDDD...im not going out tonite!!! :) gona feel healthy tomoro!

didnt know wat to call it..but it was hard work. i had to move 41, 20L drums of oil up to the shed, which is up a steep as hill in the middle of the day! it killed me!

running 50:47 [3]

made krystal go for a run with me..even tho she wasnt that keen! she gunned me down the whole way, until i decided i wanted to run for longer and she didnt want to, so she went home and i ran for 10min longer.
can't wait to get that fit feeling again!
