Training Log Archive: beeker

Over to Bottle Lake. Managed to get lost as usual, and do an extra loop around some river.

Very easy paced run with Steph. I guess it should count as recovery, but my legs didn't think so.

Struggled back into the miserable rain. Started the ride feeling a little chilly, and never really warmed up much, so I did a pretty good impression of looking ill and hypothermic - a countenance I seem to do both often and well ( I'm sure it's a talent ). Still, it gave me a chance to contemplate just how unfair it all was, but there's not much I can do about that.
