Joined my Dad for s11. Calves tight on hills but feeling good.

Jog with Euan after school, starting to feel better given I rested for a few days after tuesday.

2km warm up jog to start. Started running 800m hills in the dark x5 however after the third repeat felt really ill and couldn't breathe properly. I panicked and got myself a bit worked up
