Out and back along top rivelin path to whyming brook. So so beautiful and sunny in the woods. Felt alright. Path really good for terrain as jumping over rocks constantly. Felt a bit unstable in the hoka tho

Hill reps up the valley and then easy back down. Not much structure to this just wanted to do some hills and taking a less structured week anwyays but started in bingham up to ringinglow. Felt quite strong on the hills

In London all day so no time. 25000 steps walking though so not very testy
Rolled L ankle last night mildly, could feel walking around at the end of the day today. No swelling which is good but a bit sore

SINS Day 3
Had fizzy foot again. Super tight calves today, numbness in L foot set in at 11 and then had pins and needles badly all the way to the second to last control, jogged 14 to try and get it to go away as if I stop it does but reallly not good. Just had super tight calves. I will try and get it checked out this week again as don't want the pins and needles to clash with a big race
Not worried as it's not painful just really not ideal

Just a couple height mistakes nav wise but head wasn't in it in second half due to foot
