easy stationary bike. The plan is to run later today but I also have a dentist appointment to get some crown in, not sure how I will feel after that, I should be fine though.

one long map. made a couple of errors that resulted in pretty substantial time losses. mostly going too far up/down a hill and then having to deal with the consequences.

easy run from the high school. it is getting hot.

stretching + some exercises for my ankles because my shins were feeling a little on the splinty side of things. I also iced after this so hopefully that helped
