Intervals between the speed humps between time ball and willie football ground. Alternate fast and slow.

Resume group sessions on Monday. Hopefully have done enough over the break so that I won’t suffer too much on Tuesday

Late start, due to working until midnight. Still it was not too hot and this was an evenly paced run

4 long and 4 short reps on Peel St. Managed to be a little bit faster than the previous 2 weeks

Coast recovery back down the hill between efforts

Was a bit worried by the very dark clouds that were hanging around, but nothing eventuated and by the time I finished it was starting to clear. Maintained 5 minute or better pace for the whole run.
