Bit of clambering while Alex climbed. By mistake I did 33 pull-ups (in sets of 5 until my arms gave up). Had big gaps in between, but this was clearly a case of overdoing it. Oops.

And an even bigger test home from a b'day party on Eccy Road. Everything feels quite good on the uphills, less so on the descents.

Down to Endcliffe and a nice trot up the parks. Bum sore, but not in a bad way; i.e. it felt as though the run was helping rather than aggrevating. Sitting on a spikey ball seems to be helping. Legs a bit smashed by the end, particularly calfs. Always happens after a layoff.
