Running long 1:28:15 [2] 9.8 mi (9:00 / mi) +262ft 8:47 / mi
max:135 weight:170lbs shoes: Adidas Yukon Trail

Semi long run, on a new trail for me; actually a walking path as opposed to a trail. This is the path along the Genesee River, on the west side, that starts up by the pier and is partly on a boardwalk over the water at Turning Point Park. Nice place for a run. It wasn't totally flat either. Started at the parking lot by the beach, out to the end of the pier and back, then took path until it came out on Lake Ave. near the cemeteries. Took some side trails in Turning Point Park, then headed back.

Running 48:11 [3] 5.7 mi (8:27 / mi)

Medium-effort run, from home. To Maple, 104 path, 5 ML Rd, Klem, Maple, and back home. It felt harder than it seemed like it should have.
