ints out at spazza. blisters were so sore i could barely run the last loop, and made me tip toe a lot, causing rolling (which my ankle braces corrected. nav was good oncei understood that the tapes were on the ground.

run to orienteering at blackie peninsula. then O at the peninsula. even after telling myself at the start that i wanted to practice navigating perfectly, i made like a minutes error at number 7. angry angry angry. then ran to ANU and did some more O but it was pez cos my map fell apart and the ANU has changed so much. then ran home and bought ice. for an ice bath.

tried on froggers old running spikes and warmed up in them. stromlo xc (running) track is full of ruts now.
THERE IS ONLY 3 MONTHS TILL JWOC! WHERE DOES THE TIME GO

ints at stromlo. effort up the hill loop track approx 300m, with 200ish half-float. 10 efforts. ranged from 54 seconds to 58, average was 57 seconds, with float being under one minute. struggled to run on toes, not sure why. calves have strange ache in them, similar to growing pains i had years ago. wasnt that tired afterwards, should have done 12 efforts.

might as well do this attackpoint thing, let people see my ingenious training methods.
after a poor performance on the weekend and with approx. 4 injuries at the moment, was stunned to have no sore spots at all.
i have about 10kg of shoes to sort through...
