Had a pretty decent run, fairly steady pace, nothing too speady (maybe cause I'm still recovering from the recent cold and sever lack of sleep?). | Finally recovered! Felt pretty good for this one, maybe a bit hard for the first one after being sick, and mabe a bit hard after a big one in the Valley with Duncan, Kieran, Olly, Bridget and Michelle!
