6 x monster at the funny farm. i wasnt feeling myself and im going to nz on friday so i skipped every third rep, giving me a 5 minute break. 1 minute otherwise. 3,00; 2,53; 253, 255; 253, 255. i really enjoy training with all the girls there!!

5 x 1km ints around the funny farm. Ran well today thought I would be tired from tassie but I was good. Trace is getting faster for sure. My watch wasn't working, but I think my fast was 3,27 and the slowest about 3,40.
