Very gentle half hour on the virtual Champs Elysees. Not entirely free of discomfort, but it was minor and didn’t get any worse. Unsurprising, given that the injury site perfectly matches the bit of my leg that gets sore first when I start increasing my cycling distance even when I’m not injured. Would be good to figure out exactly what isn’t doing it’s job to cause the upper hamstring overload.

Feel pretty good now doing everyday things. Hope I can at least get back on a bile before the 12 week mark though - going slightly crazy.
