Energy video then first half of strength. A few pushups at the end for run.

Commuting back and forth to the hospital a few times.

Still raining but decided I needed to get out and take the dog for some exercise. Felt good and had a nice leafy run through the Williamson Lake trails.

Master's swimming. Felt OK considering I haven't been out for a while.

Miserable day - typical October I guess although i don't remember last year being this wet. Ran up to the Cartier lookout and then a bit beyond with the dog. 17:30 to the top.

Nice ride on Berm Donor and the new trail with Courtney. For all the rain that we've had pretty minimal mud and quite tacky.

Hike/run up Crowbar past the creek. 16:40 to the high point.
