Tahoe 3 day, long course. 7 min error on 1, had to relocate, and a few other bobbles. Came in 5 minutes after Alex Kerr. Knee hurts.
Actual distance running 6.16 k, 80 m climb.
Legs really tired from yesterday, and glutes really sore from doing lunges for first time in a couple of months.
Tried to run around the top of my hill, but finally realized I didn't have it and stopped.
