Tahoe 3 day, long course. 7 min error on 1, had to relocate, and a few other bobbles. Came in 5 minutes after Alex Kerr. Knee hurts.
Actual distance running 6.16 k, 80 m climb.

Actual 4.9 k, 80 m climb.
7 min error on 4, and a few minor bobbles. However, others made more errors than I did, so came in first on brown.

Northstar sprint.
Disaster run. 3 min error on a 40 second control and a 7 minute error.

Not a good way to start the weekend. Oh well, tomorrow is a new day.

Legs really tired from yesterday, and glutes really sore from doing lunges for first time in a couple of months.
Tried to run around the top of my hill, but finally realized I didn't have it and stopped.
