Walked/jogged around lake. Started walking 1 min, run 1 min for about 10 minutes. Then increased running by 5 seconds and decreasing walking by 5 seconds, eg, run 1:05, walk 55; run 1:10, walk 50 sec, etc., until got to 1:45 running, and then ran continuously for last 3 minutes. Not a bad run for me ast this stage.
