Totally out of bike shape. Not going to get better any time soon- going on a 10-day work trip next week. By the time I get over jet lag and insomnia it'll be 2 weeks. I really wanted to travel more so I can't complain I guess.

Easy spin to loosen up my calves. I can't believe how a 30-min jog wrecked them so badly. Spinning helped a bit. 5 min spin, then stretch and repeat.

Volunteering all day in the rain at MOE. Calves super cramped from "running" yesterday and standing today. Came home and crashed on the couch.

More like a slow jog, down to the stairs, 6 repeats and back home. Had to walk Bonair-20% grade is too steep for me to run.

Legs felt fatigued but I rode a pretty good pace.

I think the walking's helped my knee a bit. Ready to start running for sure, just need new shoes and my orthotics back from podiatrist. Gearing up for the Mutual of Enumclaw stage race this weekend. Should be interesting for sure.

Triple crown loop. Pretty gassed at the end but ended up riding with a guy who kept me rolling at a decent pace. Didn't plan on riding so long and really needed more food. Lungs felt really tight- either I'm out of shape or it's all the pollen in the air. Awesome day- so n ice and sunny!

Walk in bike path near hotel. Jogged on and off, I think I want to back into running. My travel shoes aren't exactly for running nor do they have orthotics so I took it easy.
