Nice interval run- 4'38, 4'37,4'38 for the 8' workbouts. Felt even, but watch didn't reflect those paces during the workouts. ?? Each workbout increased HR by 5 beats or so average wise. More time in Z5 than maybe I should have had...but felt like it was possible. I feel I need more speed VO2 work- haven't really had any except for the occasional fartlek.

Didn't feel like this was going to be a breakthrough time trial- just something about doing this alone doesn't motivate me much- plus my legs still felt tired from this weeks training.
Good run, started out too fast I guess. It was a little hard to gauge, since I didn't have my watch configured well to keep track of the time- it told me the average lap pace-distance left-HR zone. Secondary page showed overall time-current pace (which fluctuates wildly)-current cadence-overall distance- it would have been better to have lap time and distance on the secondary page.
I didn't really think I'd be able to break my previous 3rd running life time, but I did...but not by as much as I would have liked.
