Ran in a very light, off-and-on, rain. Fun. I jogged around on west campus and did 3 x the full Ulrik's Hill. That wasn't so fun, but it was a good thing to do.
I also spent a lot of time watching the Olympics: women's road race, women's rugby, men's weightlifting, and men's rowing. Rowing isn't so interesting (at least the stuff I watched). Weightlifting is much more interesting than I would have guessed. The cycling was good, but the crash near the end was scary.
Trails at Clinton. It felt pretty good, which means the temp wasn't as hot as its been.
I watched some of the Olympic cycling before I left and then watched the last 80 km when I got home. Fun race. I watched the NBCOlympics stream on the TV with the Kindle Fire Stick. The announcers were a breath of fresh air after the Tour De France. I'm not sure who the announcers were, but I think one of them was the guy who does the coverage of the Cape Epic on youtube.
Spent some time working on a sprint map of the Eudora schools. I still haven't come up with a tiny map for August. I'll either have to substitute the Eudora map or find something else.
I had an interesting chat with my ultra-running coworker who had a heart attack a couple of weeks ago. Scary in someone so young and fit. It sounds like he's got a good chance of being more-or-less ok.

Shuffled around west campus a bit. Muggy but not terribly hot.
