Pilates 1:00:00 [2]

Nice.
Bloody cold and draughtyt under the air-con unit, though.
Also managed side bends from feet rather than one knee and one foot for the first time, too.

Joggling-ish 52:00 [2]
(sick)

Accompaien Hol round her own special MTBO course. I was needed to read the map, carry the SI card, push her up the hills and push the bike along the narrow singletrack her stabilisers didn't fit down! She can get up a fair pace when she gets going, but the first time I have done any sort of distance at anything more than a slow walk since JK relays.
Can't decide if it's a sick day or not - I think I'm about where I was before I got acutely dizzy this time, but still not "normal" (as I was 2 years ago).
Will probably try something resembling a run on Monday (st ill need to collect in last weeks training controls!)

Note
(sick)

ENT appointment with Mr De.
Taken seriously by the same man who discharged me back in October/November.
Still differential diagnosis of BPPV or vestibular neuronitis, but at least he's going to put me into the balance assessment unit and get a neurology opinion, too.
Explained why I feel so tired, and my eyes feel so heavy. At least Mark knows I'm not just pulling a fast one to get a lie in at every available opportunity!
Treatment options at the moment vary from do nothing and hope it gets better by itself, to inject gentamicin and destroy the labarinth/transect the nerves.
Now just have to wait for the balance assessment - a bit apprehensive, it sounds vomit inducing but I'll do anything to get my head back to normal!!!

Orienteering (Control hanging) 2:20:00 [1] ***
spiked:16/17c (sick)

On Pepperslade for training tomorrow night (attack points, catching features and aiming off) as a favour for Em.
Gentle walk all the way round, not up to running yet (apart from 100m pace counted along a track to check control positioning).
