running 54:00 [3] 12.0 km (4:30 / km) +20m 4:28 / km

Day off so took advantage and pootled off down the canal to the Royd and off up the hill. Then back down from the Pike after tempo, mostly flat or downhill.

running 37:00 [4] 6.5 km (5:42 / km) +480m 4:09 / km

Tempo from the Royd up the hill, across the marshy moor then with Stoodley Pike in sight i decided i hadnt destroyed myself enough so dropped off the hill to the Pennine Bridleway, round the corner to Mankyholes and up via the second climb on Noonstones and to the Pike. Steep, wet and muddy.

Note
(rest day)

Had stuff to do and as i cant free up any time another way, the running had to go. Shame.

running 1:00:00 [3] 10.0 km (6:00 / km) +340m 5:08 / km

Came home and ran but not convinced it saves any faffing time. Was tired and ran well slow.

running 44:00 [3] 7.5 km (5:52 / km) +100m 5:30 / km

Piethorne in the howling wind, rain and dark at the end. Quite cathartic though. Saw a fox at the end.

running 20:00 [4] 3.5 km (5:43 / km) +200m 4:27 / km

Tempo section along the rollercoaster hills. Cant do intervals after work so happy to settle for this, although of course it does destroy my capillaries and/or mitochondria.
