I think this warm up was a little long for me, especially given that I haven't spent more than ~30 min at once on an erg this summer. I felt good during the warm up, but I got tired not too far in to the 6k. Although I guess that is to be expected.

Not great, or even that decent, but it's a start. I'm excited to get back into crew, and I think the fitness will come before too long (especially with the extra morning practices every week).
