94, 95, 95, 6:00, 94, 93, 87 (beat Z on the last one!)

Most people did 1 mile tempo, but I was feeling pretty worn out from the race and long run over the weekend.

Biking home from work. It was super windy, and I was way slower than usual.

Long run at Webster Park. 26 min in the park, 27 minutes on the Whiting trails, then 25 minutes back to the car. I don't know how fast I was going, but I felt pretty good.
