Not good, didnt stretch beforehand and started off grand but after bout 5mins the muscle in front of the left shin got very bad so i stopped and stretched it for a couple of mins, went back on treadmill but it wasnt any better so I stopped and went on bike instead.

Went on bike, pushed a bit but felt ok
