A really technical, on-your-toes-sprint race like in the old days:-) Loved it! Too bad I was stupid on the easiest control of the course and ran way to far... Oops. Lost 2.5 minutes there. Otherwise ok for an old women running against those elite girls.

Running with Lucia. Always a bit faster than I go when on my own, but also interesting conversation. We invited them + the Bergers over for crepes afterwards and we could sit out on the patio and the kids played in the lawn until it got dark. This is why we build a house, so nice!!

2.5 hours of weeding before this, so my back was shot, but running felt amazing. Ankle keeps swelling up in the evening though. Not really a good sign, I guess...
I found this class today to not move fast enough. Too much explaining and not enough working hard.
After a week of no exercise at all and lots of treatment on my foot, I feel like there is absolutely no change in the feeling of my foot and it still makes the clicking noise just as before. I am frustrated and would so love to run.

I just needed to get out and run. My foot doesn't feel any better after resting, so I gave up and enjoyed the sun. It's amazing how a week of rest will make your legs feel very peppy though.
