TNT intervals. Stuck to the rail trail only because of decreasing light. 3 min even pace with 1.5 min rest X 6 repeats.

Running intervals (Intervals) 20:00 [4]

Intervals with TNT group. Women out number the men - we rule! 4 laps around the reservoir - medium loop, approx. 3-3:20min each lap and rest for the remaining time up to 4:30min. Repeated 3x plus 1 bonus loop. Pretty dead by the end of the 4th lap.

Shortened warm up/down b/c Zoolander and I drove to Chedokee - needed to pick up groceries so we decided to leave for NF immediately after training. Made a fantastic chicken, brocolli and sundried tomato pesto pasta for dinner - yum!

Upper body weights with JW. Gym closed early for the holiday so we had to cut our workout short today, just enough time to BLAST our upper body.

Intervals with TNT; 1min on, 1 min off, 2min on, 1 min off, 3min, 2min off X2. Great run but got stung in the arm and butt by a couple of nasty bees!

Ran to the golf course and back. Right knee was bothering me by the end of the run. I wore an old pair of shoes which could explain the persistent knee pain.

Old Guelph Rd to a new rolling hills section (beautiful scenery) and down through Dundas to the University and back home. Felt out of shape.
