Had to take my car in for an emergency repair (didn't want to let it go with the drive out to BFLO/ROC coming up) and by the time I got home I didn't want to do anything. Need to work on changing my mindset about exercising.
Kelly workout. Did half the sets with 5lb and half with 8lg hand weights. Slowly building back my strength.
Worked the computer Saturday afternoon for the sprint, Saturday evening for the night-O and then Sunday all day for the Sunday courses for the Hickory Run training weekend. I was sitting for all of it, but it still exhausted me.
I had planned to pick up controls on Sunday but one person forgot to download and it took a while to verify that he had indeed finished and by the time that was all sorted people had gone out for all the controls.
Then I had to be at the park again Monday morning to do the official checkout of the cabin areas and I lost all motivation to do anything by the time I got home.
Finally got to do something today.
