Was skiing with marlis on the semmering. The first time after many many years that I was back on alpin skis. Was quite taff morning. ;-)

Did a Longjog with pierre a long the mur. Was really nice a specially the part in the forest but it was also quite hard to run. My first 2 hours run after a long long long time. But my legs felt okay. :-D

Was running with my student mate Jürgen a long round in the surrounding of Graz. Was my first 2 hours run after a long time but I felt okay perhapes a little bit tried afterwards. :-)

Ps: Also I'm sprain my foot today. Its okay....It is not billowed but it's hurt.

Today I decide after a long time to do 4 x 3 min Intervals along the mur. Was pretty tuff but okay. Only by the last one my stomach made me problems.
